The prophecies about the Messiah's fulfillment can be found in various Scriptures. #### The Suffering Servant

Crucified among other criminals as a thief [(Isaiah 53:12)](), his hands and feet would be pierced [(Zech. 12:10, Ps. 22:16)](), accursed on a tree [(Deut. 21:23)](), soldiers would divide His clothes and gamble for them [(Ps. 22:18)](), they would give Him vinegar to drink [(Psalm 69:21)](). His corpse would be buried the rich [(Isa. 53:9)]().
#### He Would Return From the Dead
However, the Messiah would physically resurrect after three days [(Jonah 1:17, Hosea 6:2, Isaiah 26:19, Isaiah 53:9-10, Psalm 2:7, Psalm 16:10, Psalm 30:3)]() and defeat death [(Hosea 13:14, Isaiah 25:8)]().
